Grating vegetables, fruits and spices has never been easier and has never been more fun. 

With the versatile ceramic grater you can grate ginger, garlic, nutmeg, chocolate, Parmesan, apple, cinnamon and other foods without any effort, without a lot of dishes and without injuries!

 

The ceramic grater originally comes from Japan, where wasabi roots were ground with stone graters as early as 1596. Spain started producing ceramic graters in the 1970s. Due to the low firing temperature (below 1100 ° C), however, they are not very robust to this day.

 

That is why we started producing our patented CERAMICO grater in a Finnish family business in 100% handcraft in 2009, which makes each ceramic grater unique .

 

It is particularly robust , as each grater is fired at 1240˚ C. The simple but highly effective design of the square graters comes from the famous Finnish ceramic designer Merja Tammi.
